"They are quick to greet and help us in person, but once it is in the process, it can take a long while. For my family and I, we had to do a lot of reminders and follow ups. It is still pricey for auto insurance, doesn't matter if our car is old or not or if you have a good driving record. They switched the drivers in my family to cars that we don't even drive without our consent."
